This three night run at Oak Mountain in Birmingham wrapped up a very long Summer tour and gave Panic fans the special feeling of a Nolaween. If it were not for the fact that it was the end of July in Alabama andeveryone was sweating their cahones off, I think we would have gladly worn our costumes for the weekend of bust outs that we were treated to.

1st night, Conrad opener, Last Dance, Harder They Come, then Fixin' To Die, Low Rider>Love Tractor as your post drums insanity? Could this be topped? No way.

Let's try, then. 2nd night. Postcard, Ophelia, Coconut opener, a great Impossible>Mercy>Worry during the first set. Then, Surprise Valley>Down On The Farm, and the second Watchtower ever? Not bad at all.

What you got now? Try this on for size. 3rd night. Bowlegged opener, Sharon, Pilgrims>Diner>Pilgrims and the first Stir It Up since 1986? It's time to leave with a huge smile on our faces. See you in New Orleans for Halloween.

Three night runs in Pelham reinforces the fact that Southern Panic is serious Panic ... and it and was a reminder to everyone else that Oak Mt. is not to be missed, just like Halloween.
